Sarah has an educational background in the human sciences, yoga, personal training, and most recently massage therapy. She graduated from Island Career Academy in 2023 and is registered with the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia.  Sarah aims to assist and guide her clients in finding a deeper understanding, awareness, and comfort of and in their bodies, using a blend of therapeutic and relaxation techniques in working to meet clients’ individual treatment needs. Sarah strives toward an active lifestyle, loves music, animals, and the outdoors.

Her continued education includes, cupping, IASTM (instrument assisted soft-tissue mobilization) deep tissue massage, Indian head massage, muscle energy technique, and fascial approaches to head, neck and jaw.
