RAPID NeuroFascial Reset

RAPID NeuroFascial Reset (often shortened to RNFR) is focused on the central nervous system. Using soft tissue movements, it helps to relieve restrictions in the muscles, fascia, nerves, and ligaments.

It can play a significant role in releasing tension, relieving pain, and restoring the function of the body’s tissues. Rather than simply treating the symptoms underlying these issues, it aims to detect and correct the neurological source of them (more on that below).

Some conditions that RAPID the NeuroFascial Reset technique could assist with include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Tendonitis
  • Sciatica
  • Bursitis
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Whiplash
  • Frozen Shoulder
  • TMJ/TMD
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Shin Splints
  • Tennis Elbow
  • Golfer’s Elbow
  • Arthritis
  • Bunions

Clients may also want to treat the underlying sources of more general conditions, such as headaches and migraines, back pain, shoulder pain, or knee pain. RNFR can also be a good treatment option if clients have scar tissue from surgeries, c-sections, or other procedures, or if they have past or recent injuries. Even long-term conditions and scarring can be treated using RNFR.
